1. Analyst
As an employee with a maximum of 3 years' professional experience, you will join us as an Analyst. At this level, the focus is on working together with experienced colleagues on customer projects and working on individual work packages independently. The focus here is on personal and professional development through personal coaching from an experienced manager.
2. Senior Analyst
The next level is Senior Analyst. At this level, you will work largely independently on larger work packages or smaller projects and take on responsibility. You will also support the acquisition of new customer projects. Further training and personal coaching are also part of your individual development here.
3. Project Manager
As an employee with at least 8 years of professional experience, you will take responsibility for customer projects or sub-projects and manage them largely independently. Other areas of responsibility may include the acquisition of new projects with existing or new customers, as well as training and know-how transfer within the company.
4. Director
As a Director, you will take responsibility for building and expanding customer relationships and actively shape the development of the company. This also includes recruiting and building competent teams of consultants.
5. Partner
The partners hold a stake in the company's capital and are responsible for the overall operational and strategic development of the company as well as personnel management. The focus here is also on the acquisition of new customers and projects. However, our partners are often also very operationally involved in projects and support customers and project teams accordingly with their experience.

Your profile:
- Studies with an economic, technical or information technology focus
- Interest in financial processes
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally also database tools such as Power BI
- good to very good written and spoken German and English skills

Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for optimization and further development projects for our customers. In addition to the technical conception of processes, you will also be responsible for implementation support at the customer's site, acting as an interface between the specialist department and the technical department.
Your profile:
- Degree in economics, engineering or information technology, career changers are also welcome.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Treasury of a commercial enterprise, in a bank or in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of Treasury processes (management of market price risks, liquidity management, payment transactions, in-house banking, accounting of financial instruments, management reporting)
- Enjoy project work with changing topics and clients
- Affinity and understanding of technical system landscapes, components and system integration
- Competencies: Reliability, initiative, high motivation, enjoy working independently in a motivated team and professional environment, confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
- User or in-depth system knowledge of well-known Treasury management systems (e.g. ION, FIS, Coupa/BELLIN, SAP-TR, etc.)
- Practical experience with SQL and / or a programming language (e.g. Java, Perl, Python, VBA MS Office) is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

- Enjoy project work with changing topics and customers

- User or in-depth system knowledge of well-known Treasury management systems (e.g. ION, FIS, Coupa/BELLIN, SAP-TR, etc.) an advantage, but not a must
